Yoga + Fit (6 week Series)

Every Monday & Wednesday at 6pm join myself and Fitness Instructor Gina for a blended class of yoga and fitness in the heart of Downtown Melbourne at Find your Fitness with Gina. The class is an hour long class split in 1/2 with half of the class being fitness taught by Gina personal trainer and half yoga taught by me.
